Sunday, June 26th, 2016 – Noon to 5pm
All Tickets: $15
The 2016 Ypsilanti Heritage Foundation Annual Historic Home Tour will take place on Sunday, June 26th from noon to 5 p.m. A portion of this year’s tour proceeds will support the historical marker project at Ypsilanti Community High School. Students will be writing grants to obtain a state historical marker for the Historic South Adams neighborhood.
This year’s tour includes 4 wonderful homes built in the 1800s including two Queen Annes, an Italianate, and a vernacular Gable Front Cottage. We are also excited to include 2 commercial spaces on our tour. A 19th century renovated office and commercial space and a mid century auto repair shop converted to coffee and tap house. Tickets can be purchased prior to the tour in Ypsilanti at Haabs Restaurant, Salt City Antiques, Nelson Amos Studio, Materials Unlimited, Norton’s Flowers and Gifts, Cultivate, and Downtown Home and Garden, in Ann Arbor.
Also, please join us for a special pre-tour discussion about historic Ypsilanti. The talk will be held at Cultivate from 11:00 – 11:30 am on the morning of the tour. Don’t miss it!
Day of tour tickets can be purchased by credit card at the Towner House at 303 North Huron Street, as well as Haab’s Restaurant, Materials Unlimited, Cultivate, and Salt City Antiques.
