Masonic Temple
76 N. Huron
1909, Classic Revival

The Masonic Temple is a three-story brick structure with a three-bay front facade of wide windows and brick pilasters. Limestone trim, square Masonic emblems in bas relief, and moldings and bandings conform to the style and period. In addition, a projecting upper cornice composed of stamped metal crown molding and outlooker modillions, limestone ballustrades simulating balconies in front of second story windows, an architrave of stone pilasters and pediment framing the central entrance, and the high stone base all contribute to the formal features of the style.
